RECENT TRANSACTIONS
- We acted for interested parties in successfully challenging National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) certificate of Approval to Developers. Ruling established NEMA’s duties to ensure and safeguard the environment, game reserves and ecosystems.
- General advise on environmental management laws, regulations and compliance directives.
- Acted for a large paper mill on an environmental claim suit.
- Advised the Kenya Ports Authority on marine pollution disputes.
