K&S ADVISES SAFARICOM ON MOBILE MICRO-LENDING SERVICE – FULIZA

Kaplan & Stratton Advocates advises Safaricom PLC on what is headed to be the largest and most successful mobile micro-lending product in the world. Fuliza is a new service announced by Safaricom in November 2018 – the service is essentially a credit facility which allows M-PESA users to overdraw on an M-PESA wallet to pay for goods or service in the event of insufficient funds.
