K&S LEAD ADVISER TO AMERICAN TOWER CORPORATION

K&S Lead Adviser to American Tower Corporation on its acquisition of 723 communication towers from Telkom Kenya
Integrated telecommunications service provider, Telkom Kenya (TKL) and global tower company, American Tower Corporation (ATC) have reached a definitive agreement for ATC to acquire up to 723 towers from TKL in Kenya.
Mahesh Acharya and Joseph Ng’ang’ira lead the K&S team advising ATC.
Kenya is ATC’s 17th market globally, and its fifth in Africa.
The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2018, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
