• Advised the acquirer in a transaction for the purchase of shares in a property holding company in relation to all aspects of the transaction including due diligence and drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents.
• Acting for and advising Nairobi Business Ventures PLC (NBV) in the acquisition of four companies valued at Kenya Shillings three billion.
• Acting for and advising American private equity fund Everstrong Capital in a transaction for the subscription of shares in SealTowers Limited, a Kenya-based independent provider of cell towers.
• Acting for and advising a leading Middle East energy trading company, in an acquisition transaction of a petroleum trading company in East Africa.
• Acting for and advising Transafrica Paper Mills Limited with regards to an asset sale transaction.
• Acting for and advising Nairobi Business Ventures in a reverse merger involving multi-agency approvals.
• Acting for and advising acting for an agribusiness company in the sale of its shares to various companies.
• Advised various clients and submitted merger filings in respect of various transactions – Competition Authority of Kenya.
• Conducted legal due diligence on Kenyan companies in relation to various commercial transactions.
